A northeastern Ohio man has a bit more cash in his pocket after winning the top prize on a scratch-off ticket. The Ohio Lottery said the player purchased the winning ticket at a Sheetz on North Canfield Niles Road in Austintown. The winner took the annuity option and will receive $40,000 a year for 25 years before taxes, or about $28,000 a year for 25 years after taxes.
