Ohio State Highway Patrol Investigates Fatal Crash Tuesday.

The Toledo Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal crash that occurred on December 16th, at approximately 4:51 P.M. The crash occurred on N Holland Sylvania Road and Sylvania Road.
60 year old Cheryl L. Bettinger, of Toledo, was driving a 2018 Ford Escape north on N Holland Sylvania Road. 20 year old Kaniya O Durr, of Toledo, was driving a 2019 Chevy Malibu north on N Holland Sylvania Road. Bettinger attempted a u-turn on N Holland Sylvania Road and was struck by Durr. Durr then went off the left side of the roadway, through a parking lot and onto Sylvania Road where she was struck by 41 year old Sherrie L Fulgham, of Toledo, who was driving a 2011 Chrysler Town and Country. Durr succumbed to her injuries and was pronounced deceased on scene. Bettinger, Durr and Fulgham were wearing their safety belts at the time of the crash and drugs or alcohol are not suspected to be a factor.
