Although spring elections don’t always produce candidates and ballot issues for everyone, this year all Ohio voters will have something to decide on May 6. A statewide infrastructure bond issue will be on ballots in all 88 counties. It’s a familiar one that state voters have pushed through four previous times to help fund road, bridge and infrastructure projects at the local level. Specifically, voters will be asked to allow the state to issue up to $2.5 billion for such infrastructure work.
