One Bronson Park fight case ends in plea

In a court case involving eight people charged in an aggravated riot, one of the men pleaded guilty on Friday.
33-year-old Curtis Turner II pleaded guilty to aggravated assault and aggravated riot, both fourth degree felonies. According to the Crescent-News, Turner will be sentenced on April 28th. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered and his bond was continued.
The case stemmed from a fight on September 6th that spilled over from downtown Defiance into Bronson Park.
