Michael Osborne of Wauseon is indicted for counterfeiting, theft and possession of drugs in a Fulton County court room. Prosecutors say Osborne passed a counterfeit obligation or other financial security. They add back in May, he allegedly stole property valued at more than $1,000. The drug charges stem from another incident.
