PARKING BAN IN DEFIANCE

The City of Defi­ance has con­tin­ued the snow emer­gency through Wednes­day. City offi­cials are advis­ing motorists to take extreme cau­tion on the road­ways.

A park­ing ban in the down­town area is being enacted to help allow crews to clear the streets.

Any vehi­cle parked on a des­ig­nated “no-parking” street will be towed and impounded at the owner’s expense. The owner will also be sub­ject to a fine of $25.
