Patricia Anne (Prodan) Huegel, age 70, of Toledo, passed away Thursday, February 9, 2017 at Heartland of Flower Hospital Promedica. Prior to her retirement she had worked at First national Bank, Libra Employment Services, as a church secretary for Good Shepherd Lutheran Church.
Patricia was born in Athens, Ohio on July 18, 1946, the daughter of Daniel and Bertie Lenora (Brinegar) Prodan. On February 13, 1965 she married Alfred C. Huegel. She was a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church. She enjoyed drawing, painting, cross-stitching, walking, music, cooking and spending time with family.
Surviving, besides her husband, Alfred, is one daughter, Nicole (Shaun) Nitschke of Delta, three brothers, Edward Prodan of Oregon, OH, Lawrence (Sue) Prodan Indianapolis, IN, John Prodan of Norfolk, VA; one sister, Mary Stahl of Toledo. She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, James Prodan and Grant Francis Prodan,Paul Prodan, and sister, Bertie Prodan.
Visitation for Patricia will be held from 10:00 A.M. until 12:00 P.M. on Wednesday, February 15, 2017 at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 3934 West Laskey Road, Toledo, Ohio. The funeral service will follow immediately afterwards at 12:00 Noon, with Pastor Bradford E. Scott, officiating. Interment will follow in Toledo Memorial Park. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be given to Good Shepherd Lutheran Church. Online condolences may be offered to the family at www.grisierfh.com.
