The Paulding County Carnegie Library Board of Directors and administrative team have moved on to the next stage of building a new community center on the location of the previous library annex. Rupp Rosebrock, Liberty Center, was awarded the contract, and Ben Kauser Excavating, Paulding, started site work after a groundbreaking on Friday.
