PAULDING DRUG BOX

The Paulding County Sheriff’s Office has purchased a Prescription Drug Drop Box to help residents dispose of old or expired prescriptions, including narcotics.

The secured lock box will be stored in the sheriff’s office, but it’s immediately available to the public.

The sheriff’s office will only accept pill medication. No liquids are accepted. When the box is full, the sheriff will work with the Drug Enforcement Agency to properly dispose of them. All medications brought to the office for disposal will be logged in and deposited into the box immediately.
