Paulding Heads To Jail

David Kruse of Paulding is given a four-year jail term for sexual battery. He also gets five years’ probation following his release. A five-year prison term was reserved for Kruse if, upon his release, he violates terms of his sentencing. Prosecutors say Kruse coerced a then 16-year-old to have sex in 2017.
