Paulding Man Killed In Crash

A Pauld­ing man died Tues­day morn­ing in a one-vehicle crash. 18 year old Skyler Huth was pro­nounced dead at the scene by the Pauld­ing County Coro­ner. The crash hap­pened yes­ter­day morn­ing just after 7:30 on US-127, when Huth, who was north­bound in a Chevy Avalanche, appar­ently drifted off the side of the road, and slammed into a util­ity pole, and then a tree. Accord­ing to the Ohio High­way Patrol, Huth was not wear­ing a safety belt at the time of that crash. Alco­hol is not believed to be a fac­tor. The crash remains under investigation.
