Pauline “Pollie” Frazier, age 97, of Napoleon, and formerly of Wauseon, passed away Tuesday, August 16, 2016 at the Lutheran Home in Napoleon. Prior to her retirement she had been a bookkeeper for her husband at the former Wauseon Silo Company.
Pollie was born in Wauseon on August 28, 1918, the daughter of John and Anna (Baus) Schwab. On July 8, 1941 she married Leon R. “Bud” Frazier, and he preceded her in death on April 8, 2001. She was a lifelong member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Wauseon.
Surviving is her son, Barton L. (Karen) Frazier of Wauseon; daughter, Cheryl (Michael) Moore of Scottsdale, AZ; grandchildren, Beth (Victor) Perez, Brian Frazier, Scott Frazier, Marc (Joann) Moore and Stefan (Lindsey) Moore; great-grandchildren, Anthony Moore, Jessica Perez, Trevor Moore and Andrew Perez; sister, Leah Peart of Wauseon; and brother, Richard Schwab of San Antonio, TX. She was preceded in death by her husband; great-granddaughter, Ashley Moore; brother, Floyd Schwab; and three sisters, Marie Vollmer, H. Virginia Henry-Wyse, and Betty Lucas.
Arrangements are pending at the Edgar-Grisier Funeral Home in Wauseon.
