Pauline Zachrich, age 90, of Bryan, passed away on Tuesday, March 14, 2017, at Genesis Healthcare-Bryan Center. Pauline worked for many years at Beamstream. She was a member of St. Peter’s Lutheran Church in Edon, the Moose and had been a poll worker for the Williams County Board of Elections.
Pauline was born on September 24, 1926, in Edon, Ohio, the daughter of Paul and Bessie (Freed) Burkhardt. She married James L. Zachrich and he preceded her in death.
Pauline is survived by her stepdaughter, Candace Jones, of Defiance; stepson, James L. Zachrich, Jr., of Defiance; sister, Ruth (Raymond) Henney, of Hamilton, Indiana; two nieces and two nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents: husband, James L. Zachrich, Sr.; sister, Mary Miller and a niece, Eve Allomong.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 18, 2017, at 11:00 A.M. in the St. Peter’s Lutheran Church in Edon with Pastors Roger Marlow officiating. There will be visitation at the church one hour prior to the funeral services. Interment will follow in the Edon Cemetery. Services have been entrusted to Krill Funeral Service, 204 West Indiana Avenue, Edon.
