Defense counsel for James Worley told the court the man charged in the murder of Sierah Joughin was one damaged man…adding something happened years ago that “caused his train to go off the track.” The prosecution in the penalty phase of the trial pushed the defense’s testimony aside, asserting lots of people have problems…they just don’t go killing people. The prosecution added anything less than a death sentence is insulting to the intelligence of the people of Ohio. The jury now begins deliberating a sentence.
