Pot Found In Henry Flyover

The Henry County Sheriff’s Office, along with the Bureau of Crim­i­nal Inves­ti­ga­tion, con­ducted an air sweep for mar­i­juana last Fri­day.

A heli­copter was pro­vided by the But­ler County Sheriff’s Office, at no charge to Henry County. The mar­i­juana erad­i­ca­tion cam­paign spot­ted 21 mar­i­juana plants grow­ing in Henry County. Mar­i­juana was found grow­ing on four res­i­den­tial prop­er­ties and in one corn­field.

Police say crim­i­nal charges are pend­ing. No other infor­ma­tion has yet been released.
