Purse Thief Arrested In Defiance

A Defi­ance man is now behind bars, after his arrest for tak­ing part in a Wednes­day morn­ing rob­bery at the North­towne Mall. 21 year old Kyle March is being charged with felony rob­bery. He is being held in the Cor­rec­tions Cen­ter of North­west Ohio, and is sched­uled to make an appear­ance today in Defi­ance Munic­i­pal Court. March allegedly snatched a purse from a woman who was enter­ing JC Pen­ney at the mall, and then took off with it. He was arrested shortly after that, when he was found nearby thanks to some wit­nesses who gave offi­cers the infor­ma­tion they needed to catch up with him.
