Red Cross looking for volunteers to support disaster relief efforts.

The American Red Cross is looking for volunteers to support emergency shelters for major national disaster relief efforts such as the aftermath of Hurricane Helene. If you’re interested you’re encouraged to sign up at redcross.org/volunteer. Volunteers must complete necessary training and commit to a two-week deployment. The Red Cross welcomes applicants with supervision, management, or organizational skills, even if they lack disaster experience.
