Rib Fest Saturday in Defiance.

Organizers of the Defiance Rib Fest are still excited about preparing for the annual event in downtown Defiance, even though the weather forecast doesn’t appear to be perfect. The event is scheduled from 3:30-11 p.m. Saturday on downtown Clinton Street, and the weather forecast shows a rain threat for this weekend. Cloudy skies and rain possibilities have been predicted each day through early next week, but regardless of the forecast, the RibFest will be cooking as this is a “rain or shine” event according to organizers.
