Ricardo L. “Ricky” Cruz, age 39, of recently of Edgerton, Ohio and a long time resident of Napoleon, passed away on Wednesday, April 20, 2016, at Park View Nursing Home in Edgerton after a long struggle with Huntington’s Disease. Ricardo was a graduate of Napoleon High School and 4 County Career Center in the Small Engine Repair program. He enjoyed traveling and playing video games.
Ricardo was born September 20, 1976 in Defiance, Ohio to Maria Cruz. He is survived by his mother; sister, Christina (Matthew) Detrick, of Fort Wayne; nephew, David Cruz, of Stryker and uncles, Miguel (Nicole) Cruz, of Defiance and Hector (Gloria) Cruz, Sr., of Napoleon. He was preceded in death by his aunts, Anna Cruz and Virginia Cruz.
Funeral Services for Ricky Cruz will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday, April 23, 2016 in the Krill Funeral Home, 860 West Mulberry Street, Bryan with Pastor Erich Christman officiating. Burial will follow in Fountain Grove Cemetery, Bryan. Visitation will be held on Saturday from 11:00 A.M. until the time of the service.
