Richard W. McCullough, age 61, of Montpelier, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, November 3, 2019, following an accident at his home near Montpelier.
Richard W. McCullough was born on August 27, 1958, in Bryan, Ohio, the son of Richard A. and Consuelo B. (Moog) McCullough.
Survivors include two brothers, Mike McCullough, of Alvordton, Ohio, and Pat (Suzi) McCullough, of Montpelier; one sister, Sandy Jones, of West Unity, Ohio; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Linda Hartsock; and one brother, Jason McCullough.
In keeping with Rick’s requests the will be no visitation or services.
Memorials are requested to the charity of the donor’s choice.
