Rickie Dubose, age 60, of Bryan, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, November 5, 2017, at Community Hospitals and Wellness Centers-Bryan after a short illness. He was a graduate of Canton McKinley High School and worked at ABC/TruFast in Bryan.
Rickie was born on June 1, 1957 in Canton, Ohio, the son of Jeffrey Johnson and Ruby Dubose. He married Elizabeth A. Benner on October 14, 1992, in Chillicothe, Ohio, and she survives.
Survivors also include his son, Corey Perez, of Bryan; step sons Mark Perez and Ernest Perez, Jr., both of Fort Wayne; seven grandchildren; one sister, Rochelle Whitehurst and cousin, Chandra Underwood, both of Atlanta. He was preceded in death by his parents.
A memorial service celebrating the life of Rickie Dubose will be held on Saturday, November 11, 2017, at 4:00 P.M. at Krill Funeral Home, 860 West Mulberry Street, Bryan, Ohio. Visitation will be held from 2:00 P.M. until the service.
