Robert L. Clark, age 76, of Montpelier, Ohio, died on Monday, December 18, 2017 at Genesis Healthcare-Bryan Center. A 1960 graduate of West Unity High School, he was a lead man in the copper and wire departments at Bard Manufacturing. He retired in 2006 with 43 years of service.
Born on July 15, 1941, in West Unity, he was the son of Elmer D. and Hazel Mae (Stevens) Clark. He married Janet Faye (Baltosser) Vincent in West Unity on August 29, 1992 and she survives.
Robert is also survived by his daughters, Cynthia (Steve) Rahm, of Marietta, Georgia, Alesia Trisel, of Bryan and her friend, Jeff Kaiser, of Edon; son, Bruce Clark, of Bryan; grandchildren, Chase (Carla) Rahm, Tyler (Andrea) Rahm, Emily Rahm, Dalton Trisel and Shelby (Jared) DeGroff; great grandchildren, Hunter, Wyatt, Tinlee and Weston Rahm, Peyton, Aiden and Cameron DeGroff and sisters-in-law, Gwen and Betty Clark. He was preceded in death by his parents, sisters, Joann Fisher and Mary Kuzmaul and brothers, Sylvester, Alfred, Doyle and Maynard Clark.
Graveside funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 21, 2017 at 11:00 A.M. at Shiffler Cemetery with Pastor David Nicholls, of New Hope Community Church officiating.
