Solar Project Funded And Almost Ready To Begin

Montpelier is working to get solar power by the end of the year, this after council members authorize the project to begin. The solar arrays will be placed along Airport Highway. The land transaction isn’t finished yet but officials think that shouldn’t take too long to finalize. They see crews out there putting up the solar panel farm before the end of the month. Officials are confident the system will be up and running by the end of the year.
