The STARS Camp for Williams County troubled youth will continue, thanks to a private donation and additional funding from an area agency. This past summer, 26 youth, boys and girls, took part in the STARS (Students Taking Action and Responsibility for Success) Camp at Camp Palmer, where they took part in team building, agility and resiliency activities, all while unplugging from electronic devices and getting back to nature. The youth were selected from those going through Williams County Common Pleas Juvenile Court.
