State Patrol Investigated Single Motorcycle Injury Crash.

The Bowling Green Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol investigated a single motorcycle injury crash in Middletown Township, Wood County, Ohio. The crash occurred on Interstate 75 north near milepost 185 at approximately 7:14 p.m. Thursday evening.
The preliminary investigation revealed that a 2001 Harley-Davidson motorcycle was traveling northbound on Interstate 75 when it pulled over to the right shoulder. As the motorcycle was coming to a complete stop, the operator dropped the motorcycle on the shoulder of the roadway.
The Harley-Davidson was operated by Thomas Crisenbery, 45, of Lima. Shavawn Joyce, 44, of Lima, was a passenger of the motorcycle. Crisenbery was treated on scene for minor injuries. Joyce sustained non-life- threatening injuries and was transported by Middleton Township EMS to St. Vincent Medical Center. Neither occupant was wearing a DOT compliant helmet.

helmet at all times.
