Sue Ann Harvey, 83

Sue Ann Harvey, 83 years, of Bryan, passed away Wednesday, September 11, 2013 in her residence with her family at her side.  Sue was born February 15, 1930 in Temperance, Michigan, the daughter of Merle and LaMoile (Brittain) Gordon.  She was a 1950 graduate of Bryan High School.  Sue married Zale A. Harvey on June 16, 1951 in Bryan, Ohio at Trinity Lutheran Church, and he survives.  Sue was a machine operator at Airmate and also at the former Hollabird.  She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Bryan.  Sue enjoyed ballroom dancing with her husband Zale.  In her younger years, she also enjoyed cake decorating, where she won first prize at the Williams County Fair.   She also enjoyed water skiing.

Surviving is her husband, Zale A. Harvey of Bryan; one son Kent Harvey of Archbold; one granddaughter, Hope Harvey of Toledo; one brother, Brittain (Wanda) Gordon of Pleasant Lake, Indiana.  She was preceded in death by her parents and one son, Douglas Harvey on April 13, 2005.

Memorial services for Sue Ann Harvey will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, September 21, 2013 at Trinity Lutheran Church, 509 Center Street, Bryan with Pastor Mary Beth Smith-Gunn officiating.  Private interment will be made in Fountain Grove Cemetery, Bryan.  Arrangements are under the care of Oberlin-Turnbull Funeral Home-Greenisen Chapel, 225 East High Street, Bryan.
