Tammy L. Sands, 34, of Montpelier passed away Saturday evening at Community Hospitals and Wellness Centers in Montpelier. She was born on April 27, 1983 in Montpelier to Vernie A. and Judith M. (Page) Faunce, Jr. On February 14, 2004 she married Seth A. Sands and he survives.
Arrangements are pending. Memorial contributions may be given to the family to help offset expenses.
