The Edgerton Village Council starts the process of authorizing and certifying tax levies. Denise Knecht, village fiscal officer, says this year, it won’t involve new ones. Mayor Lance Bowsher agreed, saying it was just normal procedural operations. The council has until October to have all three necessary readings to pass the resolution
