Terry Ann Muehlfeld, age 68, of Bryan, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, June 27, 2017, at her home surrounded by her loving family. Terry was in charge of the Edon Preschool for 20 years and owned Muehlfeld Crafts and Used Books in Bryan. She was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church and was a former member of the Edon Fire Belles, Montpelier Business and Professional Women and was a Sunday School teacher in Blakeslee for 25 years. She was an avid reader and enjoyed working with adults and children, especially her grandchildren.
Terry was born on June 2, 1949 in Wauseon, Ohio, the daughter of Lester R. and JoAnn (Drake) Miller. She was a 1967 graduate of Montpelier High School. She married John W. Muehlfeld on September 16, 1972 in Blakeslee, and he survives. Terry is also survived by her children, Peter J. (Nicole) Muehlfeld, of Edon, Sarah (Brent) Williams, of Paulding, Miriam (Ryan) Deitemeyer, of Bryan and Trudy Muehlfeld, of Bryan; seven grandchildren, Kayla Smothers, Zach Muehlfeld, Emily, Jordan and Abbie Williams and Joseph and John Deitemeyer; great granddaughter, Alaina Smothers; sisters, Susan (John) Gearhart, of Montpelier and Stephanie Studer, of Quincy, Michigan and brother, Rick (Del) Miller, of Bryan. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother Tom Miller.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 29, 2017 from 2:00-8:00 P.M. at Krill Funeral Home, 860 West Mulberry Street, Bryan with a Rosary service at 7:30 P.M. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, June 30, 2017 at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Bryan at 10:30 A.M. with Father Fred Duschl officiating. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Blakeslee.
Memorial contributions are requested to St. Patrick School, Visiting Nurses and Hospice of Williams and Fulton Counties or the American Cancer Society.
