Thomas L. Mitchell, 75 of Montpelier passed away Monday evening at the Community Hospitals and Wellness Center in Montpelier. He was born on October 14, 1942 in Toledo, Ohio. He is survived by his wife Betty J. (Sweet) Mitchell. Per his wishes there will be no visitation or services.
