A Toledo man who pleaded guilty to felonious assault was sentenced to up to seven and a half years in prison Wednesday in Williams County Common Pleas Court. Roemallo D. Taylor had previously withdrawn his guilty plea to other charges and pleaded guilty to the felonious assault, a felony of the second-degree. There was also prior conviction and repeat offender specifications. Due the prior conviction specification, Taylor faced the maximum penalty allowed with no judicial release.
