A Toledo woman was killed Wednesday morning in a single-vehicle crash in Fulton County. According to the Toledo post of the Ohio Highway Patrol, the crash occurred on Ohio 120, near Fulton County Road 12 at approximately 7:48 a.m. when an eastbound Chevrolet Malibu driven by Judith Werner, 74, traveled off the right side of the road, struck a utility pole, overturned and struck a second utility pole. Werner was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene. Troopers report that she was not wearing a safety belt at the time of the crash.
