Tommy W. Ridgeway, 67

Tommy William Ridgway, age 67, passed away peacefully on November 25, 2024. Born in 1957, Tom was a beloved father, husband, brother, son, and friend. He was a proud Detroit Lions superfan, lover of music, a member of The Eagles, and a man who brought joy into every room he entered. As the lead singer of The Good Times band, Tommy shared his love of music with family, creating lasting memories through every note. Music was the heartbeat of his family, a bond that united them in laughter and love.

Tom was preceded in death by his father, Franklin “Jay” Ridgway; his mother, Audrey Ridgway; and his older brother, Allan. He is survived by his loving wife, Tammy; his sons, Woody and Kevin; his daughter, Andrea; his sister, Teresa; his brother, Larry; his granddaughter, Alexandria; and his grandson, Noah.

Tom was known for his boundless kindness and his belief in helping others. In lieu of flowers, he would want everyone to honor his memory by lending a hand to a neighbor, a stranger, or anyone in need.

At Tom’s request, there will be no formal memorial service. Instead, his family invites you to raise a glass, play a song in his honor, and celebrate the wonderful man he was.

Tommy William Ridgway will be deeply missed, but his spirit of generosity and joy will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.

Obituary lovingly prepared by Tom’s family.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Krill Funeral Service.
