Two killed in four-vehicle crash Wednesday.

A Putnam County woman and a Kentucky man were killed Wednesday morning in a four-vehicle crash in Allen County, just north of Lima. The crash occurred on Ohio 115, near the U.S. 30 interchange. According to the Ohio Highway Patrol’s Lima post Joann Kahle, 60, Fort Jennings, and Sean Triplett, 40, Florence, Ky., were each pronounced dead at the scene. A media release from the Patrol reported that Triplett was operating a 2009 Toyota Avalon northbound on Ohio 115 when he drove left of center and struck a southbound 2025 Chevrolet Equinox driven by Morgan Krouse, 24, Kalida.
