The University of Toledo College of Law is joining a statewide network aimed at reducing barriers to clemency through the Ohio Governor’s Expedited Pardon Project. The initiative, launched in 2019 by Gov. Mike DeWine, is designed to expedite the pardon application process for eligible Ohioans who have shown rehabilitation and made positive contributions to their communities.
