University of Toledo is one of four colleges nationwide under investigation for its handling of a sexual assault case. The Title Nine and Clery Act complaints were filed Wednesday with the U.S. Department of Education on behalf of student victims by a Berkley-based advocacy group called End Rape On Campus.
