University of Toledo Investigated for Rape Policy

University of Toledo is one of four colleges nationwide under investigation for its handling of a sexual assault case. The Title Nine and Clery Act complaints were filed Wednesday with the U.S. Department of Education on behalf of student victims by a Berkley-based advocacy group called End Rape On Campus. The victim in the University of Toledo case says her rapist was found guilty through a school code of conduct process, but was only punished with a 25-dollar fine.
