BMU crews quickly handle a rash of power outages across Bryan. Schools, traffic lights and residences around town went dark for a while. Crews figured out that a panel of switch breakers at the Baker Street substation, and a few more at the Bechtol Switchyard were acting up. They soon fixed the problem and the outages stopped. Roughly 23 hundred customers were affected.
