Village of Hicksville purchases land where former hospital sits.

Defiance County Court of Common Pleas has approved the sale of the Mark, Milford, Hicksville Joint Township Hospital District property to the Village of Hicksville with a price tag of $2.35 million. The sale includes the five parcels of land where the former 25-bed critical access hospital known as Community Memorial Hospital (CMH), parking lots and driveways are located, plus an adjoining sixth parcel of 8.22 acres for a total of 20.56 acres.
