Montpelier Police are looking for whomever lost their heroin. The Bryan Times is reporting today that someone found a baggie of the drug at a convenience store and called police. The police department posted a humorous note on their Facebook page asking the owner to come and get it and be sure to bring ID and be able to spend a few hours with police, then a judge. When the department got complaints, the Chief Dan McGee told the Bryan Times they were not making fun of a serious problem. He said drugs are everywhere, and the problem is out of control. And he reiterated that whomever lost their heroin stash to contact Montpelier Police. The number is 419-485-3121.
