Wauseon Man Found Guilty

A man from Wauseon could spend up to three years in prison fol­low­ing his con­vic­tion in Ful­ton County Court.

54 year old Marc McCabe was found guilty by a Ful­ton County Jury of Ille­gal Cul­ti­va­tion of Mar­i­juana fol­low­ing about 90 min­utes of delib­er­a­tion.

McCabe will be back in court for sen­tenc­ing fol­low­ing com­ple­tion of a pre-sentence investigation.
