Williams County Commissioners approve a $67,000 increase in costs to repave County Road D, from Ohio 576 West to County Road 6. The 4-mile-long project includes the section between county roads 6 and 7. The cost increase is due to the quantity of asphalt needed for the section between county roads 7 and 9. It brings the total cost of the project from $1.2 to $1.3 million dollars. County Engineer, Todd Roth says he expects to see about an 80 percent reimbursement of the project cost from the state.
