A Williams County man died early Thursday morning in a two-vehicle crash.It happened yesterday morning just before 7AM at U.S. 20A and Williams County Road 17 in Jefferson Township, when an eastbound vehicle driven by 28 year old Samuel Sierra of West Unity, ran into the rear axle of a truck driven by 61 year old Fred Chapin of Norwalk. Sierra was pronounced dead at the scene. He was not wearing a safety belt at the time of the crash according to police. That crash yesterday morning is still under investigation today.
