Williams County Woman Caught After Facebook Posting

The Williams County Wanted Wednesday Facebook page this week featured a woman who was indicted in October of 2014 by a Williams County Grand Jury on two fifth-degree felony charges of aggravated drug possession. The sheriff’s office yesterday posted the picture of Roberta Lyons Wednesday morning, hoping to generate a little activity. It didn’t take long. The photo was online for only a couple of hours before somebody complained about what Lyons was wearing of all things. But that didn’t matter in the end, it was up long enough to get some valuable information about just where she was. Lyons was caught at about 1:30 yesterday afternoon in Montpelier. She was locked behind bars at the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio, where she remains today.
