Late efforts to alter West Unity’s water tower project were not fruitful this week. The town is planning on replacing its 80-year-old, 100,000-gallon water tower. The Council met in a special meeting to discuss changing the project to a 300,000-gallon capacity. Officials say they will continue the discussion at a later date.
