A jury was seated for a murder case in Paulding County on Monday. Opening statements in the murder case against Daniel Zerbe will begin today in Paulding County Common Pleas Court. Zerbe has plead not guilty to a charge of murder in the death of Wilma Schwartz of Indiana. The body of Schwartz was discovered near Antwerp on March 14, 2016. The Lucas County Coroner’s Office previously stated that Schwartz was killed by a single gunshot wound to the head. According to officials, Zerbe and Schwartz were in a relationship.
