16 year dead after shooting in Toledo Tuesday morning.

A 16-year-old is dead after being shot Tuesday morning in north Toledo. The shooting happened in the 900 block of Woodward Avenue around 9:49 a.m., according to Toledo police. The victim, described by police at the scene as a young man around 17 or 18 years old and later identified as 16-year-old Joseph Johnson, was talking to someone who had pulled up to him in a vehicle when he was shot.
