Defendant arraigned in deadly fire in Napoleon in 1992.

The defendant was arraigned in Henry County Common Pleas Court on Wednesday morning after being re-indicted in a deadly hotel fire that occurred in Napoleon 1992. 64 year old William Mohr, of Edwardsville, Illinois, entered a not guilty plea to three charges of both murder and aggravated murder. A Henry County grand jury indicted him on the counts. The trial dates were set for June 15-26. A preliminary hearing was set for May 18.
