Napoleon’s new elementary school problem

At the new Napoleon Elementary school, there seems there was a mix-up. Superintendent Dr. Steve Fogo changed the way the traffic will come onto the grounds and drop off students. And he apparently neglected to tell the city, which had approved other plans. The city noticed that the traffic flow was different from what they agreed on. Fogo said they changed it because the school district wanted parents to drop their kids off at the front of the school, not the back, for safety reasons, and buses to on and offload students behind the school. No word on what the final outcome will be.
