Grand jury indicts West Unity man on variety of sexual offenses, some of which involve minors.

A Williams County grand jury has indicted West Unity man on a variety of sexual offenses, some of which involve minors.  57 year old Larry H. Crabtree, of West Unity, was charged with first-degree rape. He allegedly had intercourse with an 8-year-old girl on or around December 19.  Additionally, he was charged with a first-degree misdemeanor of transmitting material detrimental to minors. On the same day, he allegedly permitted a juvenile or someone pretending to be a juvenile to watch or review content or attend a live performance that is detrimental to minors.   A third indictment was for second-degree criminal public obscenity.  A pretrial conference was scheduled for May 27 at 10:30 a.m.
