Powerball winners still haven’t shown up

In Ohio, a win­ner in the Day­ton sub­urb of Cen­ter­ville won $1M and has not claimed the prize yet. Lot­tery offi­cials advise win­ners to get legal and finan­cial help before claim­ing the prize.
